AJANTA PATTERN
A design very popular in India consisring of birds, pomegranates, lotus flowers, and graceful stems. It is adopted from one of the beautiful fresco borders in the Ajanta caves, India. The pattern is generally worked in silks, reds, greens and greys, with a free use of gold thread.
